Jeanne O’Byrne is a strategic thinker and human resources development expert with more than 20 years of diversified operations leadership and experience. Throughout her career, O’Byrne has worked in a broad range of operations-related disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, HR strategic planning, vendor negotiations and contract management, and overall fiscal planning and budget management.
Prior to joining Aternity, O’Byrne served as Vice President of Human Resources at Ness, U.S.A., a flagship business division within Ness Technologies. While at Ness, O’Byrne oversaw all aspects of Ness’ talent management and performance-based compensation strategies. In addition to Ness, O’Byrne has also held a number of senior HR and operations positions at software and computer manufacturing companies including Aztec Technology Partners, CIC Systems, and Clearpoint Research Corporation.
O’Byrne studied business management and operations at Augusta College in Augusta, Georgia and served in the U.S. Army as a medical specialist.
