Philippe Cohen has led the strategic design and development of enterprise-class products at a number of international software companies.
Most recently, Cohen served as Vice President of Technical Sales in Europe and North America for Mainsoft Corporation, a leading provider of interoperability software products for Windows® and open systems. Previously, he was Vice President of Products, responsible for product management, R&D, and customer support for Mainsoft's cross-platform product suite. Earlier, Cohen served as Director of R&D and Senior Product Architect. Before joining Mainsoft, Cohen worked with leading object-oriented technology companies such as IONA Technologies and Versant Corp. Early in his career, he worked at Mennen Medical Corp. where he developed object-oriented database technology for real-time heart monitoring systems.
Cohen graduated cum laude from the Technion Israeli Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering; he completed his first year of academic study at the Pierre & Marie Curie University, Paris VI, where he graduated summa cum laude DEUG.
