Inside Sales/Market Development Manager - Westborough, MA

Aternity is seeking an assertive, well spoken, high energy individual to call targeted leads within the financial services, insurance, manufacturing, oil and gas, telecommunications, healthcare, and high-tech verticals. In this position, the right candidate will play an integral role in developing new business opportunities and directly impacting the growth of the company, while working alongside many members of Aternity’s leadership team. 

The Inside Sales/Marketing Development candidate will excel in a professional working environment where daily, weekly, and monthly goals are expected to be met. The ideal candidate may also have previous experience working in a marketing and/or sales organization.  However, it's more critical that the candidate have a clear ambition and desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in a position that can serve as an entry path into a top-performing and highly-committed sales organization.

  • High-energy individual who can establish relationships quickly via targeted phone, email, and fax outreach and speak professionally about end user experience management and the high-level benefits/value proposition offered by adopting Aternity’s Frontline Performance Intelligence (FPI) Platform.
  • The position requires heavy outbound phone calls to C-level business and IT contacts across the U.S. and Canada.
  • Proven experience in enterprise software sales/marketing to one or more of the following verticals is a plus: financial services, insurance, manufacturing, telecommunications, and/or healthcare.

  • Clear, concise, and timely communication skills are required, including the ability to work with and communicate with a wide variety of individuals 

Experience: 
The ideal candidate must have experience in a Marketing or Sales Organization, while also possessing the following:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing disciplines
  • Previous B2B sales experience (minimum of 2 years), background in enterprise software a plus; experience calling C-level IT or business contacts
  • Computer skills using a CRM database, and general technical knowledge of Salesforce.com a plus
  • Familiarity with performing routine tasks throughout Microsoft Office applications, including familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
